​NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a special meeting of the Board of Trustees for the Village of Sidney, Illinois to be held on Wednesday April 23, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Hall located at 211 E. Main Street Sidney, Illinois with the purpose of the meeting to abide by the following agenda:

1. Discussion of the employment, compensation and perfom1ance of one or more specific Village employees.

Note the Village Board may go into executive session pursuant to this motion which will be approved by roll call vote: Motion to enter into executive session for the limited purpose of discussing the employment, compensation and performance of one or more specific Village employees pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/1 (c) (1).

THIS WILL BE A SPECIAL MEETING. THE PUBLIC IS WELCOME TO COMMENT ABOUT ANY MATTER DURING PUBLIC COMMENT BUT THE BOARD IS LIMITED TO ONLY DISCUSSING ITEMS LISTED ON THE AGENDA.



 
This notice should be distributed to the President and members of the Board of Trustees, posted at the Village Hall, and distributed to registered members of the press at least 48 hours prior to 7:00
p.m. April 23, 2025.
