FINANCE REPORT

The financial reports were read by Trustee Hooker.  Trustee Hooker  moved that the bills be paid with the additions of Orkin for $94.00, Premier Cooperative for $1,052.90, CU-HVAC for $360 and the News Gazette for $1,057,60.           Treasurer Reinhart addressed the board with the issue of the outstanding Frontier bill in the amount of $309.53.  She and Trustee Laurent have contacted Frontier numerous times regarding them wrongfully billing the Village for this.  She stated they would not budge and this is the lowest they would go on this bill.  They wrongfully created a new account number for ESDA because we didn’t port the number over even though we disconnected it.  Treasurer Reinhart stated that we have three options: pay the bill, let it go to collections or try to fight it.  The board members decided that it would probably cost more money to fight it than to just pay it.  Trustee Harris made a motion to have the Mayor call them regarding the bill one last time before paying it to see if that would help; if not, then to go ahead and pay it.  Trustee Hooker seconded the motion; the motion passed with all ayes except for Trustee Gadeken who voted nay.
