The Sidney Village Board met on the above date for a special meeting. President White called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. The following trustees were present: Arrasmith, Finn, McCloud, Schluter, and Roberts. Supervisor of Operations Bennett and Clerk Moore were also present and Engineers Dennis Cummins and Mike Friend were also present. Trustee Bickers was absent.
Jenny Osterbur had sent a letter to the Village concerning traffic on Witt Park Road. Each trustee received a copy of it. It was decided to add this to the June meeting agenda because it was not listed on the agenda for this special meeting.
Engineer Cummins presented the bid from Illiana Construction for road work with the MFT funds for $27, 141.30. He noted that this was under the estimate of $28,600. Trustee Finn moved that the bid as presented by accepted by the Board. Trustee McCloud seconded the motion; the motion carried with all ayes on a roll call vote.
Trustee McCloud went through with the other Trustees the appropriation amounts for the appropriation ordinance for the next year.

Trustee McCloud reported on the progress of the codification project with General Code. The final copies for the Trustees to check will arrive in August. It was decided that three manuals were enough as previously planned. There is a $6,700 price for this project.
Trustee McCloud moved that the Board go into closed session for the purpose of employee review and compensation. Trustee Arrasmith seconded the motion; the motion carried with all ayes on a roll call vote.
The Board came out of closed session at 8:25 p.m. Trustee Arrasmith then moved that the meeting be adjourned. Trustee McCloud seconded the motion; the motion carried with all ayes on a roll call vote.
