• Sign closeout forms for the Villages 2024 MFT seal coat project, acknowledge increase of $2419.65, documented by weighing of the actual quantities of oil and chips utilized.
• Approve llliana Construction Company invoice for oil and chip be paid using the remainder of the ARPA funds ($12,488.67) and MFT funds ($65,275.98) to pay the balance owed of $77,764.65
• Approve annual contribution amount for Illinois Municipal League Risk Management Association
