Notice is hereby given that a public hearing by the Village of Sidney Board of Trustees sitting as the de facto Planning Commission and as the Board of Trustees will be held by the Village of Sidney during a regular Board of Trustees meeting on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at 7:00 pm at the Community Building located at 211 E. Main Street, Sidney, Illinois.
The hearing shall consider the rezoning of the following tracts of land:

The South 250 feet of the North 575 feet of the East 268.06 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 18 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Champaign County, Illinois;
Tract 2:
The South 150 feet of the North 725 feet of the East 268.06 feet of the Southwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 18 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Champaign County, Illinois.
